PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee in-person does not cover the hotel stay. When registering for the event you can declare your preference for a shared or single room. Your name will be forwarded to the Helnan Marselis Hotel and a room will be reserved for you. At arrival you will be asked to complete the hotel room booking and payment at the hotel reception. The hotel room fee is additional 1790 dkk (~240 Euro) for two nights, with arrival 26.03.2025 and departure 28.03.2025.

HOW TO GET THERE
There are all kinds of ways to get to Aarhus via land, water and air. Have a look at the recommended travel routes here (pdf).
To get to the Billund and Aarhus airports you can use the designated Airport busses where you can pay for your tickets in the bus. Timetables can be found here https://www.midttrafik.dk/english/plan-your-journey/ under Airport busses.

GETTING AROUND IN AARHUS
Aarhus is very accessible via foot and public traffic and the IBPRO2025 recommends the usage of public traffic. It can be accessed via the Midttrafik App available for Android and Apple via the Apple Store and Google Play.
It is recommended to use the Midttrafik App as in most buses and the tram it is not possible to buy tickets with money or credit cards.
Alternatively you can use the Rejsebillet app or the Rejseplanen app both available for Android and Apple via the Apple Store and Google Play., where they can buy tickets for both the airport and local buses. Rejseplanen is also great to find your way around including maps how to get to stops and time tables for transportation.
The airport ticket is often under “Øvrige billetter”, and the same goes for the day ticket if you need transport to/from outside Aarhus Municipality.
